Local representation for Milton families
Milton’s rural roads are part of its appeal and part of its danger. Two-lane highways, blind curves and a growing number of cyclists mean crashes here tend to be serious. Our Alpharetta office is minutes away on Windward Parkway.
We handle the injury claim and the vehicle claim together, with a Georgia-licensed attorney handling your case personally and an in-house vehicle damage specialist handling the car. In a community where trucks and horse trailers are totaled as often as sedans, that matters.
Where Milton crashes happen
We know the roads where our neighbors get hurt, and we know what evidence to look for at each.
Milton’s most commercial corridor, with high-speed traffic from Forsyth County and frequent rear-end crashes.
Two-lane rural roads with curves, limited shoulders and horse and farm traffic. Head-on and run-off-road crashes here are often severe.
The Crabapple district’s roundabouts and pedestrian crossings see failure-to-yield crashes and cyclist injuries.
Narrow, winding roads popular with cyclists and prone to crashes involving distracted drivers.
Getting care, and getting it documented
Milton residents are generally treated at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell or Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, with urgent care and follow-up along GA-9 and in Crabapple. We gather records from every provider involved in your care.
If you can’t pay for treatment up front, we can often arrange care on an attorney lien, so you are seen by the right providers now and the bills are addressed when your case resolves. A gap in treatment is the first thing an insurer points to, so getting care early matters for your health and your claim.
Where your case would be heard

Common questions
I was hit while cycling on Birmingham Highway. Can I recover?
Yes. Georgia law requires drivers to give cyclists at least three feet when passing and to yield as they would to any vehicle. Cyclists are routinely blamed for crashes caused by drivers who failed to see them, and we counter that with evidence from the scene, your bike computer and any available cameras.
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, which means we are paid a percentage of what we recover for you, and if there is no recovery there is no attorney fee. The free case review is exactly that: free, confidential and with no obligation.
How long do I have to bring a claim in Georgia?
Generally two years from the date of injury, and four years for damage to your vehicle. If a city, county or state entity is involved, written notice can be required within six months. The sooner you call, the more evidence we can preserve.
